STYLE Customer Support: unique service
Our Customer Support is unique thanks to our manufacturer service. All CNC machines and our STYLE control is assembled, developed and tested in Bunschoten. The people at the CS have all worked as a service technician in the past, but have now opted for a job in the office. That experience in the field helps them visualize what the customer needs from them, an important characteristic for this position.
It is up to Customer Support to identify questions and problems with the customer. In about half of the cases, the Customer Support succeeds in solving the problem over the telephone, in the other cases they send a service technician on the road.
All this must ensure that the customer can make optimal use of the STYLE service, either by telephone via the Customer Support or via a visit of a service engineer.
