STYLE 1200 – 1500 CNC control
Easy programming of large workpieces with the STYLE CNC control
The STYLE 1200 – 1500 CNC lathes have been developed for machining large workpieces without compromising ease of use. The STYLE control system: STYLE 2024 lathe edition makes it possible to carry out turning work in-house with technically skilled employees, without having to rely on specialised CNC turners. Even with complex products, operation remains clear and manageable.
The operator works through the programming process step by step, directly on the machine and without CNC codes. Thanks to the clear simulation, it is possible to see in advance how the product will be machined, which provides certainty during setup and production. This reduces the risk of errors and significantly shortens the training time. For single pieces and small series, the STYLE 1200 – 1500 lathes offer a reliable and flexible solution, with your own team at the heart of the production process.
With the STYLE control system, you can easily create unique and fully customised parts. No complex operations or external programmers required. Just do it yourself, directly on the machine.
STYLE 1200 – 1500 Built in the Netherlands
Dutch assembly for heavy-duty and precision applications
The STYLE 1200 – 1500 CNC lathe is developed, assembled and extensively tested in the Netherlands. At our assembly facility in Bunschoten, experienced craftsmen build each machine step by step, focusing on stability, precision and a long service life. This makes the STYLE 1200 – 1500 suitable for both single pieces and small series in heavier applications.
The robust machine frames are produced by a regular production partner in Taiwan. During this process, our own specialists and the R&D team closely monitor the choice of materials and finish. After arrival in the United Kingdom, the machines are equipped with Fanuc drives, solid sheet metal, customer-specific extensions and our own STYLE control system.
This STYLE control system has been developed entirely in-house and is continuously being refined. The controls are clearly laid out and practical, allowing both experienced CNC operators and less experienced users to work efficiently with the machine. By combining international production with British assembly and support, the STYLE 1200 – 1500 guarantees reliable performance and support from the United Kingdom.
