CNC lathe STYLE 850 – 1100: Fast and independent production without experience
The STYLE 850 – 1100 CNC lathes combine a large working range with a control system that is geared towards independent working in practice. The STYLE 2024 lathe edition control system has been developed to make CNC turning accessible to technical personnel, even without years of CNC experience. Employees quickly become productive and can program and produce parts themselves within a short period of time.
The controls follow a clear, logical structure, making setup and adjustment easy, even with changing products. Programming is done directly on the machine and without CNC codes, while the integrated simulation provides continuous insight into the turning movements. This prevents errors and increases operator confidence. For single pieces and small series, the STYLE 850 – 1100 offers maximum flexibility, shorter lead times and efficient deployment of your own team.
With the STYLE control system, you can easily create unique and fully customised parts. No complex operations or external programmers required. Just do it yourself, directly on the machine.
STYLE 850 – 1100 Built in the Netherlands
Built in the Netherlands, developed for precision work
The STYLE 850 – 1100 CNC lathe is developed, assembled and tested in the Netherlands. At our facility in Bunschoten, experienced specialists work daily on the careful construction of each machine. From mechanical assembly to final inspection: every lathe is built here with attention to accuracy, reliability and ease of use.
Stable machine frames form the basis of the STYLE 850 – 1100. These frames are produced by a regular partner in Taiwan, with our own engineers and R&D specialists continuously monitoring quality. After arrival in the United Kingdom, the machine is further assembled with Fanuc drives, high-quality sheet metal and customer-specific options.
An important component is the STYLE control system, developed entirely in-house. This control system is specially designed for single-piece and small series production and offers clear and intuitive operation. The STYLE 850 – 1100 thus combines international quality with Dutch craftsmanship and support from the Netherlands.
