CNC lathe with user-friendly control system
The STYLE 510 CNC lathe has been developed for day-to-day production where flexibility and simplicity are key. With the STYLE 2024 lathe edition, CNC turning becomes accessible to your own staff, without the need for extensive programming knowledge. Technical staff can quickly get to work independently and start producing parts directly on the machine itself.
The control system guides the user step by step through the programming process, ensuring that setup and adjustments remain straightforward. Programming is done without CNC codes and is entirely geared towards practical workshop use. The integrated simulation shows in advance how the product will be turned, providing extra certainty and reducing the risk of errors. This makes the STYLE 510 particularly suitable for single-off pieces and small batches, where speed, simplicity and control come together in an efficient production environment.
With the STYLE control system, you can easily create unique and fully customised parts. No complex operations or external programmers required. Just do it yourself, directly on the machine.
Dutch craftmanship behind the STYLE 510
The Dutch origins of our machines
At STYLE CNC Machines, we build the STYLE 510 CNC lathe with a keen eye for detail, specifically for the production of single-off pieces and small batches. Our machines are developed, assembled and extensively tested entirely in the Netherlands. In our modern production facility, experienced assembly staff work on the meticulous construction of each machine, whilst our expert R&D product team is constantly working to optimise reliability and performance.
The basis of the STYLE 510 is an extremely stable machine frame, produced by our long-standing partner in Taiwan under the direct supervision of our own specialists. Upon arrival in the Netherlands, we complete the assembly with high-quality Fanuc drives, premium sheet metal and the STYLE control system, developed entirely in-house. This software has been designed by our own software team for maximum simplicity and clarity, enabling both experienced and novice operators to work efficiently straight away. By combining international production with pure Dutch craftsmanship, we guarantee consistent quality, backed by personalised service from within our own country.
