Pavel Zachar

We are sorry to inform you that our beloved colleague Pavel Zachar has passed away this morning, on October 29th. We are deeply sad and give out our sincere condolances to Pavel’s family and friends.

In the past year, the R&D product department of Style CNC Machines has worked hard on developing new sheet metal for the BT 1500 milling machine. Thanks to the closed design, the new BT is able to guarantee user safety.

STYLE will show four CNC machines at the EMO: the STYLE 510 (1350 dbc), the MC 750 machining center, the STYLE 750 (2900 dbc) and the STYLE BT 1500 milling machine all of them equipped with our unique STYLE control. During the fair our sales team will continuously demonstrate the possibilities of the machines.

TIV Hardenberg, The Netherlands

On 18, 19 and 20 September in Hardenberg, in the east of the Netherlands, the 20th anniversary edition of the TIV fair will take place. It is a commercial event that will become the center of an intelligent manufacturing industry in the north and east of the Netherlands. Visitors can expect the concept of the fair, changed in 2017, which caused many enthusiastic and positive reactions. STYLE will present the operation of its intelligent control system in at booth 409 in Hall 4 of the Evenementenhal.

METAVAK Gorinchem, The Netherlands

On 30, 31 October and 1 November 2018 the 14th edition of METAVAK takes place in Evenementenhal Gorinchem. The trade show for the entire metal industry. Manufacturers, importers and wholesalers in the field of metalworking machines, tools, industrial automation and measurement and control techniques are part of the platform. During the fair solutions are shown, which are demanded by contemporary metal production. STYLE will be present on stand 199 with at least a 510 cnc lathe and a BT1500 milling machine.

MSV Brno, Czech Republic

From October 1 to 5, the international trade fair MSV in Brno will take place, which is a significant event for the manufacturing industry in Central Europe. Over 1500 exhibitors from 59 countries around the world take part in the event every year. STYLE will appear among them with their CNC machines. Our STYLE CZ team will be present with a STYLE 510 CNC lathe and a BT1500 CNC milling machine. All day they will give numerous demonstrations in the unique software.

Toolex, Poland

On 2-4 October, STYLE will participate in the Toolex trade fair in Sosnowiec. This is an event important for the industry, gathering 500 exhibitors from 14 countries, representing nearly 600 global brands. Our company will occupy a 64 m2 stand in Hall A of the Silesia Expo. On the STYLE 510 lathe and the STYLE BT 1500 milling machine, our unique control system will be presented. Employees will familiarize visitors with the specification and operation of the machines mentioned, and will also answer any questions interested in the offer. We invite you to our stand!

Veros is a dynamic family business from Scherpenzeel with over 35 years of experience in the supply of industrial parts, produced by machining operations. Veros mainly produces single pieces and small to medium series, which makes the portfolio very varied. Veros supplies its products in the machine building, automotive industry and packaging industry.

Veros has various departments with multiple machines each. The CNC milling department consists of 12 machines, of which two machines are equipped with a robot loading system for series and one machine is equipped with a 24/7 robot cell, which can produce single pieces and series together. The Veros milling machines can produce products up to a maximum size of 4000 mm x 2000 mm.

The CNC turning department consists of six machines, two of which are equipped with a rod feed up to 80 mm. The maximum diameter that can be rotated is Ø 1500 mm and a maximum diameter of Ø 750 mm can be rotated up to a length of 4000 mm. In addition, Veros manages many other aspects of metalworking, such as welding, grinding, wire cutting, tool making and 24/7 robot automation.

Veros recently purchased two STYLE MC 1000s to replace its years old STYLE BM-6s, which is the 999th and 1000th STYLE machine delivered in the Netherlands. A jubilee machine!

For Veros again the 7th and 8th STYLE machine in their machine park. Oscar Fränzel, director of Veros, was even one of the first to purchase a STYLE machine in 1995. “I have always worked together with STYLE in an uncomplicated way. The contact is easy, they are goal-oriented and active, offer good trade-in prices and the most important: the service is excellent. I also rarely have problems with my 6 current STYLE machines and I have less maintenance costs than I have with several other suppliers per machine. Mach 2018

MACH is the UK’s premier event to demonstrate technology-based manufacturing technologies. No other trade fair brings together so many important decision-makers in a period of five days. No other event attracts more than 25,000 visitors – all looking for new suppliers, new products, networks and new business relationships.

For the first time in the history of STYLE, a 510 lathe is being demonstrated on the Mach in England. Chester Machine Tools has bought a STYLE 510 lathe for their own showroom and for this fair to show them to the English public for the first time.
