Veros is a dynamic family business from Scherpenzeel with over 35 years of experience in the supply of industrial parts, produced by machining operations. Veros mainly produces single pieces and small to medium series, which makes the portfolio very varied. Veros supplies its products in the machine building, automotive industry and packaging industry.

Veros has various departments with multiple machines each. The CNC milling department consists of 12 machines, of which two machines are equipped with a robot loading system for series and one machine is equipped with a 24/7 robot cell, which can produce single pieces and series together. The Veros milling machines can produce products up to a maximum size of 4000 mm x 2000 mm.

The CNC turning department consists of six machines, two of which are equipped with a rod feed up to 80 mm. The maximum diameter that can be rotated is Ø 1500 mm and a maximum diameter of Ø 750 mm can be rotated up to a length of 4000 mm. In addition, Veros manages many other aspects of metalworking, such as welding, grinding, wire cutting, tool making and 24/7 robot automation.

Veros recently purchased two STYLE MC 1000s to replace its years old STYLE BM-6s, which is the 999th and 1000th STYLE machine delivered in the Netherlands. A jubilee machine!
