ELFE produces great challenges in Offshore and mining

The Czech based company ELFE is for over 20 years a well-known name in high quality custom made solutions in Offshore and mining industry. By more than 200 employees in service, several machines en parts are constructed, parts like deck cranes for ocean vessels, grinders for mining and anchor systems for savage ships.

ELFE is for 15 years already a loyal user of the STYLE lathes and milling machines. The ELFE workshop is equipped with a 510 (1350dbc), BT1500E and BT1500 Full enclosure and a 730 (3000dbc) lathe. This past year more investments are made and two brand new 750 (2900dbc) lathes are added to the firms capacity.

The qualities of ELFE are world know and many of their products and solutions are found in the oil industry in Norway, open mining in the US and Offshore projects in Canada. A major international player with an extended knowledge in single pieces and small series.

Company Kovoobrabeni produces with STYLE

On the 21 of August a STYLE delegation from Holland visited the company Kovoobrabeni in Czech. This customer has bought a STYLE BT 1500 milling machine in the beginning of 2013. Mid 2013 this machine was installed and production has started

The company Kovoobrabeni is producing small series and custom products on their advance machinery. Additional to the STYLE BT 1500, Kovoobrabeni has bought the STYLE BT 2000 wich is planned for delivery later this year.

Open Day at STYLE CZ

STYLE starts the spring in CZ with the new STYLE Control

The show-room in Stanovice welcomed over 100 STYLE customers and new companies, all interested in the introduction of the new STYLE Control with:

Faster computer
Smart menu
19” touch screen
and many software solutions for single pieces and small series (in CZ language)

The clients had an opportunity to test the machines with the new control and reactions were positive. For the existing machines, STYLE offered the clients updates or upgrades so they can profit from the new STYLE Control too!

Live demonstrations on lathes and milling machines that were given until late afternoon convinced the clients about the advantages for producing small series. The price/quality ratio of STYLE machines keeps the clients competitive on their markets.

Mr. Sulc ordered his second STYLE machine today!

STYLE at MTMS with two machines

During the MTMS exhibition in Brussels from March 20-22, the STYLE 510 lathe and STYLE BT 1500E milling machine were demonstrated in live operation and visitors were extensively informed about the STYLE Control.

STYLE CNC machines is already for 20 years specializing in the development and sales of CNC lathes and milling machines for small series. All STYLE machines are equipped with the very user-friendly STYLE Control. The method of programming is surprisingly simple and within a few hours to learn. Also CNC operators without experience are quickly able to work with these machines. The STYLE Control is intuitive and thanks to the smart menu the operator is easily guided through the program.

STYLE is producing a wide range of machines: lathes from 350 to 750 mm turning diameter and up to 4 meters between centers and the mills with an X-stroke of 600 mm up to 4,000 mm. All milling machines are available in both a closed version and in a semi-closed version.

In the Benelux countries now more than 750 STYLE machines are installed.

Kontakt and STYLE exhibit in Kiev

From 20 to 23 November, at the Expo Centre in Kiev the 11th International Technical Fair took place. A fair where STYLE dealer in Ukraine, Kontakt, was present with several machines, including a STYLE BT 1000 with the fourth axis. A versatile machine equipped with the STYLE Control in English and Russian.
The well-attended event was a success for contacts with many visitors and demonstrations at the booth. Also STYLE technician Gert-Jan Ruizendaal and sales agent Bastiaan Clement supported the dealer there. The demonstrations of STYLE BT 1000 resulted in several inquiries, also from the existing clients.

STYLE CNC Machines and FTS FRÄSTECHNIK present themselves at AMB exhibition

Last week STYLE CNC Machines and dealer FTS FRÄSTECHNIK presented themselves jointly at the AMB exhibition in Stuttgart. This exhibition is for many years one of the most busy exhibitions on the German market. With approximately 90,000 visitors, of which more than 80% from Germany itself, this event is seen as an opportunity for the South German manufacturing industry to meet.

“After the successful exhibition Metav and Techni Show in The Netherlands, the AMB is the place to meet the German market. In the year, when there is no EMO, we are here in Stuttgart present together with our South German dealer FTS”, says Wouter van Halteren. “This edition of the AMB is for us a success and confirmation that surviving in the crisis makes sense. With many new contacts and interest, we see for our machines and control again enough opportunities. STYLE also decided to expand our sales and service activities in Germany. ”

STYLE High Tech made a new start!

STYLE High Tech (manufacturer of CNC lathes and milling machines) from Bunschoten has made a new start. Nivora Group (known from Safan, Darley and Bewo) has taken over all activities, which provides continuity for customers and employees. All employees have been offered a new contract. Meanwhile also the production restarted.

In 2009, the manufacturer’s toughest year, the sales fell back for 70%. In the period afterwards the manufacturer managed to recover so that the order intake came back to the level before the crisis. However, by the weakened financial position growth no longer could be financed.

Director Wouter van Halteren: “We are proud that the Nivora Group decided for cooperation with us . We have in recent years despite the economic difficulties worked hard on our distribution network, new technological developments such as the STYLE 4 Control, and quality brand positioning on the market. The reward is that we now belong to a group of companies that belongs to the top of the Dutch machine-bulding industry. The Nivora Group attaches great importance to the unique technology and encourages employees for personal development. For all our employees and customers is this a very good news.
